Fix Studios Return & Refund Policy

Fix Studios is committed to providing premium skincare solutions with your safety, satisfaction, and confidence in mind. Below you'll find our clear return and refund guidelines for skincare product purchases. This policy applies to retail items purchased in-studio or through our authorized online shop.


📦 Unopened Products

  • Returns Accepted: Within 30 days of delivery or purchase.

  • Refund Method: Full refund to the original payment method.

  • Condition: Must be unopened, unused, and in original, sellable packaging.


🚫 Opened or Used Products

Due to the medical-grade nature of our skincare lines and contamination risk, opened or used products are not returnable.

📁 Exception Review May Apply If:

  • A documented allergic reaction occurred

  • There was a noticeable adverse skin response

  • A provider at Fix Studios recommends discontinuing use

In these cases, please contact our client support team with:

  • A description of your concern

  • Photos of the product and skin reaction (if applicable)

  • A note from your provider (if treatment-related)

Our team will review each case individually and may offer a refund, exchange, or product credit as appropriate.


📷 Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7–10 days of receipt

  • Include clear photos of packaging and product condition

  • We will issue a replacement or full refund once approved

📮 Return Shipping

  • Clients are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • All returns must include proof of purchase (order number, email receipt, or physical receipt).


🔖 Final Sale Items

Please note that the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Sample kits

  • Final sale or limited-time bundles


🧾 Proof of Purchase Required

All return and refund requests must include one of the following:

  • Order confirmation email

  • Physical or digital receipt

  • Valid order number from your Fix Studios purchase
