Welcome to Fix Studios, a premier medspa and wellness clinic located in Mason, Ohio, serving Greater Cincinnati including West Chester, Montgomery, and surrounding areas. By booking a service, enrolling in a membership, or purchasing a product through our website or in-studio, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fix Studios' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including clients, members, and visitors.
2. Eligibility & Client Responsibility
Clients must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All medical information provided during intake must be accurate and complete. Failure to disclose relevant health conditions may affect your eligibility for treatments and will void any liability on our part.
3. Medical Services & Results Disclaimer
Fix Studios provides cosmetic and wellness services intended to enhance appearance and wellbeing, not to diagnose or treat medical conditions. Individual results may vary. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes. All clients must provide informed consent prior to any treatment.
4. Appointments, Payments & Memberships
Booking & Payments
Appointments must be secured with a valid credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and debit cards. Online and in-person purchases are processed securely.
VIP Memberships
By enrolling in our VIP program, you authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation. Memberships auto-renew unless terminated at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Failed payments may result in suspension of benefits.
Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. Promotional credits are subject to expiration and cannot be combined unless stated.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged a $75 fee or may result in forfeited service credit. Exceptions may be granted in emergency cases at management’s discretion.
6. Product Sales
All retail product sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. For more information, view our Returns and Refunds policy.
7. Privacy & Data Collection
Fix Studios complies with all HIPAA regulations. We collect medical history and treatment preferences via encrypted intake forms, stored securely on HIPAA-compliant servers. Your data is used exclusively for treatment planning and client communication. We do not sell or share your personal information.
8. Studio Conduct & Policies
We maintain a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate, aggressive, or unsafe behavior. For safety, children under 12 are not permitted in treatment rooms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fix Studios is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, products, or website. All treatments are elective and provided with client consent.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, and imagery, is the property of Fix Studios and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
11. Changes to Terms
Fix Studios reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
